1) Using Bathing Soap on the Face

Using Bathing Soap on the Face damage your skin

Some men still uses a bathing soap on their face and think that a face wash especially made for their skin type is not necessary. Don’t be like those men.

Having a good quality face wash which suits your skin type is the most basic thing you can do for your skin.

The skin of your face is different from the skin of your body, it is more gentle and soft. Bathing soap is made for your body, so use it only on your body. Bathing soap is too hard for your face and will make it dry and itchy by extracting all the necessary oils and moisture from your face which are necessary for having a glowing and radiant skin.

There are also some all-in-one shower and face gel available in the market which supposedly work on both body and face. The skin on your body and face is not the same, so, one product can’t possibly work on both. Use a good quality bathing soap/shower gel for your body and a good quality face wash which suits your skin type.

If you’ve oily skin, use a face wash which fights oily skin, if you’ve got dry skin, there are also face washes especially made for that. If you’ve dark spots on your skin, use a face wash specially designed for that. Whatever your skin type may be, there’s a face wash available for that skin type. The point being, know your skin type and use a face wash accordingly.

Now, about the timing of washing your face. You should wash your face in the morning during the shower and in the evening/night just before going to bed.
