Stop seeing nofap as a magic cure that’ll solve all your life’s problems, rather see it as something that will give you increased energy and motivation. You must replace PMO with some meaningful work and meaningful relationships to quit it for good.

In my 4 years of following the nofap lifestyle, I’ve realized that you can’t make nofap your lifestyle unless you include exercising in your daily routine.

Exercising is the best way to transmute your sexual energy and build a good physique. You’ll realize that you’re getting a lot fewer urges when you exercise regularly. Go to the gym and lift weights or go for a run.

Make a habit of exercising regularly, it’ll make your nofap journey easier.

You’ll also notice that your performance in the gym will improve and you will experience better muscle growth on nofap.

When you include exercising, meditation, doing meaningful work, and socializing with people in your daily routine, you’ll notice that you’re not even thinking about porn and masturbation. You’re getting your fulfillment and joy outside of porn and masturbation, so there is no need to indulge in it.
